Would like clarification to. If recipes are for more than one serving are the macros listed per serving or for total recipe and we need to divide by servings to log in appropriately
Roe♡RobertaParticipantSame problem with Brown Rice…throws my carbs out of wack for meal plan 1. Noticed all my carbs were used or ever and i saw it was the brown rice. I scanned the Wegmans brand @100g. Had to sub with the other brand to bring carb grams down. Def doing something wrong…HELP!!!!

RobertaParticipantNicole ,thank you for your clarification and I know understand but them on my off days i now know the overall completed macros will be less because there is no post workout meal, granted. but Nicole what will be my fat grams, protein grams and carb grams to meet individually if its less the post workout meal???? obviously they are not the same, they are less or do i just consume extra food to meet the grams per macro nutrient as if it was a workout day with a post workout meal???
with post workout meal macros goals are 65g protein 210g carbs 60g fat
