If I have an I-phone is this possible. I guess I’ll have to google how to do it on my phone! Any suggestions?

Yes I’m having this same problem when using my phone at the gym. If I look at the demo video and the go back it takes me to the first page of the Challenge and have to scroll down through to the correct day … was annoying and time consuming. How do I fix this on my phone?
