I have a question about the various energy boosting options. I have taken preworkouts in the past, but I’ve never used fat burners or L Carnitine.
If we take fat burners do we also take L Carnitine and a preworkout? I’m just not familiar with how to utilize these various products.
Can you please tell me if I take only one of them, two of them or even all theee because perhaps they are all doing different things?
