    Hiring a coach is just not in the budget right now…shows are already so pricey just to enter!

    I’ve had problems with bloat/gas from sweet potatoes – Those may be the culprit rather than the cauliflower.

    Nicole,

    Do you have a strong opinion on Soy protein supplements? I’m lactose sensitive, which I discovered after months of incredible stomach cramping after drinking protein shakes or even a small glass of milk. I switched to soy protein and instantly felt better. However, my husband is a bodybuilding competitor and he and his “gym bros” tend to sniff at soy or plant based proteins.

    I know whole foods are the most optimal, but a shake is nice when you need something easy if you have a busy schedule. Do you know of any high-quality, easy digesting powders that are whey based, or should I just stick to the soy protein powders?
