I used to drink it with milk and 2 sugars but that’s because it’s how my dad taught me to drink it…which thankfully I realised wasn’t good for me at 16 so just weaned off the sugar and then at 23 I had no milk in so had it black for a day and realised its not so bad… Now at 31 I absolutely love it black and only have milk if someone makes me one and puts milk in!

Loved the workouts and the nutrition has been super simple to follow ??
I didn’t manage to fit in all 3 cardio sessions though due to the leg DOMS but I’ve bought some BCAAs and creating monohydrate to assist and it’s helping ? unfortunately I’m in the UK so can’t try your supplement line.I read everyone’s posts above, keep it up guys! It’s a marathon not a sprint ????

I know what you mean about the same songs…. I listened to an audiobook instead for legs yesterday!

ParticipantHi all, I can’t see it either. Stops at phase 2 training. I’m off to bed now, 11pm in the UK. Looking forward to doing the challenge with you all 🙂
