    Addition to that… I’m assuming you drink ground coffee and not instant. Instant tastes horrible and chemically, black, so go for the proper stuff ?

    Try a strength 3 and below and it shouldn’t taste so bitter black ?
    I used to drink it with milk and 2 sugars but that’s because it’s how my dad taught me to drink it…which thankfully I realised wasn’t good for me at 16 so just weaned off the sugar and then at 23 I had no milk in so had it black for a day and realised its not so bad… Now at 31 I absolutely love it black and only have milk if someone makes me one and puts milk in!
    Come on, over to the dark side! ?

    I think my summary of week 1 is that the words “rest-pause” make my quads quiver with fear! ?

    Loved the workouts and the nutrition has been super simple to follow ??
    I didn’t manage to fit in all 3 cardio sessions though due to the leg DOMS but I’ve bought some BCAAs and creating monohydrate to assist and it’s helping ? unfortunately I’m in the UK so can’t try your supplement line.

    I read everyone’s posts above, keep it up guys! It’s a marathon not a sprint ????

    Hi there ? I don’t use my personal Spotify any more but when doing classes at work we put on the feel good friday selection. It’s different every week and pretty good ?

    I know what you mean about the same songs…. I listened to an audiobook instead for legs yesterday!
    Muscle prodigy have 2 good albums that are motivational

    Awesome! I’m in the UK, I didn’t realise the trip to train with Nicole was also on offer to us, that’s an extra bit of motivation right there!

    Hi guys, I had a similar PROAT fail but just added some more almond milk to make it wetter and they’re fine ? I can see it will definitely be filling to eat!

    Hi all, I can’t see it either. Stops at phase 2 training. I’m off to bed now, 11pm in the UK. Looking forward to doing the challenge with you all 🙂
