    I workout at 4am also. In past challenges, Nicole has recommended eating half of your breakfast before you workout, post workout meal after workout, other half of breakfast a couple hours after post workout meal.

    I traveled to Mississippi from California a couple weeks ago. I froze all my food in individual ziploc bags (1 serving in each bag) and carried the food on to the plane. I did not have any problems with security. Security told me that you can carry anything on as long as it is completely frozen when you go through security, even a completely frozen water bottle. The food was still frozen when I arrived in Mississippi.

    I ordered these bands and there is no way I can do tricep extensions with them. They are way too short. I am 5’6″ tall. Did anyone else order these? Did I just get a defective set? Does anyone have a recommendation for longer bands? Am I doing something wrong?

    How do you rest pause when doing shoulder press? Do you take the weight down and rest it on your legs or do you stay in the shoulder press bottom position and try to rest the weight on your shoulders? When doing heavy shoulder presses, I find that the hardest/most strenuous part is getting the weight from your legs to the shoulder press position.
