SamanthaParticipantNo I would have not eaten. I always used to just do my cardio first cuz I wouldn’t eat then do my weights. So what should I be doing then? Eat then weights then cardio? I just can’t make it twice to the gym and I have tried to workout in the evening and everytime I end up quite ill. Not sure why.
SamanthaParticipantIf we are doing both first thing in the morning and are doing our weights first then cardio, is cardio still considered a fasted cardio?

For once I really had no desire to eat sweets (I always have a ton of sweets first) and really just wanted to eat my plan today but the hubby asked for burgers so I decided to have one with him. I was scared that I would binge today but I just had the burger now I’m all good. Still debating the popcorn. I’ll probably just make it for him hah

I had a homemade cheeseburger today and dessert well it’ll be popcorn as the hubby and I are gonna watch a movie at home tonight together. So making is some popcorn for a change.
