Is the cardio acceleration performance n fasted state?

I’m concerned about my macros, right now they are 165g protein, 145g carbs, and 45g fat..I’m gonna do plan #1..so this plan,1, can help me to build muscle since there is only a 40g difference in carbs and I’m gonna reduce my protein intake? Oh, I’m gonna do plan 1, because height is 5’3 and weight, 165.

sandraParticipantThank you Naomi.. yes,during my workouts i feel the burn of my muscles , and yes, I struggle with some of my last repetitions, and I increase the weight everytime that I feel it is necessary..but during the day I don’t feel sore.. but what you say , I have been training for a long time ago. thanks again. 🙂
