But phase 2 is diferent that’s why I’m asking..sandra

So n fasted cardio can i drink coffee? And I’m planning to do my workout immediately after cardio, should I eat something b4 workout, or it is ok eating after everything is done? What do you recommend, should I do cardio and workout at different time?

I’m concerned about my macros, right now they are 165g protein, 145g carbs, and 45g fat..I’m gonna do plan #1..so this plan,1, can help me to build muscle since there is only a 40g difference in carbs and I’m gonna reduce my protein intake? Oh, I’m gonna do plan 1, because height is 5’3 and weight, 165.

Participantthey are not supersets.. single exercises.. you should finish all 3 sets for each exercise. at least say Supersets.. 🙂

ParticipantThank you Naomi.. yes,during my workouts i feel the burn of my muscles , and yes, I struggle with some of my last repetitions, and I increase the weight everytime that I feel it is necessary..but during the day I don’t feel sore.. but what you say , I have been training for a long time ago. thanks again. 🙂
