    Thanks Nicole, When you clarify that “Fasted cardio can help speed up the fat burning process but is not ABSOLUTELY necessary to see results.” I was wondering this..:-)

    Thanks Nicole. I’m doing that same thing , I measure oats dry and everything else cooked.

    oops!! so I just want to be sure, vegetables, like sweet potatoes, zucchini , broccoli should be measure them uncooked? I saw your video how to measure food , so I thought vegetables have to be measure cooked..

    I’m feeling the same way , it is great hear this and know that I’m not alone.. since last Friday, it has been difficult following the nutrition plan.. but I don’t give up !! :-).. cravings, cravings, cravings!!!!!

    Hi Naomi. I have been eating before my workouts.. I eat , go to the gym and do the strength training first and after I do 30 mins cardio..
    But phase 2 is diferent that’s why I’m asking..

    Good morning..

    So n fasted cardio can i drink coffee? And I’m planning to do my workout immediately after cardio, should I eat something b4 workout, or it is ok eating after everything is done? What do you recommend, should I do cardio and workout at different time?

    Is the time of the last meal important?.
    I mean , if I eat late to meet the macros, it doesn’t matter if it is late..it doesn’t affect the results?.

    Hi there!
    I’m concerned about my macros, right now they are 165g protein, 145g carbs, and 45g fat..I’m gonna do plan #1..so this plan,1, can help me to build muscle since there is only a 40g difference in carbs and I’m gonna reduce my protein intake? Oh, I’m gonna do plan 1, because height is 5’3 and weight, 165.

    they are not supersets.. single exercises.. you should finish all 3 sets for each exercise. at least say Supersets.. 🙂

    Thank you Naomi.. yes,during my workouts i feel the burn of my muscles , and yes, I struggle with some of my last repetitions, and I increase the weight everytime that I feel it is necessary..but during the day I don’t feel sore.. but what you say , I have been training for a long time ago. thanks again. 🙂

    When you say 8-10 reps , it means do not do less than 8 but lift heavy enough to lift 10?
