SandraParticipantI just made my post workout shake and I couldn’t believe 350 grams of strawberries was correct and then to add another 100 grams of raspberries…..lol Holy Hannigan lol!! It’s now 3:30 pm and I still have 3 meals to eat!!!

I’m not vegan; however, I do use a plant based protein….30gr Protein…150 Calories, 3gr Fat, 4 Carbs with 2 being Fibre.

SandraParticipant@kirbsterella…..Your input for your rice should be 1 cup NOT 0.1 cup. I think that will fix your issue. 🙂

@brendaswart1 and @eatingatmidnight, I’m feeling the same about the carbs….I’ve been eating very low carbs (fibrous greens only) and a higher fat % for the past several years. Also, first day back to the gym in 7 weeks due to neck surgery. Got a little extra fluff on my lower end but top is very thin. I’m just going to go with it and see what the outcome is. Trust the process 🙂SandraParticipantMeal Plan 2 (Women) Meal 2 option 1 calls for 1 cup of brown rice and Meal 3 option 2 calls for 1 cup of white rice. Once my rice is cooked, I will measure out 1 cup in a dry measuring cup. Is this correct? Or, should I be weighing it with my scale???
