    I just realized between set 2 and 3 that sumo deadlifts are also gonna be a no-go for these knees. Sub in more straight legs? Standard deadlifts? What should I sub in for shoddy meniscus?

    Your macros are listed on the last page of your chosen meal plan. They’re already spelled out for you, and can be added to your MFP account if you have the paid-version, that’s the only way to modify macros by macro, as opposed to by percentage/calories. Hope that helps!

    How about an alternative to leg extensions? I have ongoing meniscus issues, and physical therapists have advised me against even slow, controlled use of the leg extension machine. Are there lunges or step ups I could do instead?

    So if my weight is on the absolute cusp of two of the plans, should I go with the higher or lower weight plan, initially?
