ParticipantI have a rower and a neighborhood 1 mile circle for cardio stuff. I have never done HITT before. It is a little overwhelming. What is you advise just do 40 sec work 20 rest? repeat?

ParticipantI am also having a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. I work out 4-5pm. I hope it gets easier to sleep. I’m trying to get those gains. Good to know this is normal. I was starting to get mad at myself. A lot of tossing and turning.

ParticipantThis might be a silly question, but is it safe to eat tuna daily? Should I swap up to another option because of mercury? I’m not much of a tuna eater but I like the easiness of it for work.

ParticipantThere is too much liquid for the toast. The left over liquid does not cook well like eggs. I’m doing the same now only using a little almond milk in mixture to coat the toast and drinking the rest of the almond milk. The toast has a better egg coverage on it as well like this instead of tasting like almond milk toast.

ParticipantI have been following my plan 5’4 under 130 just as laid out. I’m probably 20-22% body fat right now and this morning I noticed I lost a pound. I’m struggling to get all the food in but I’m managing by eating the meals in 2 sittings each. Is this normal I’m losing weight. I went from pretty unhealthy eating right into this program.

ParticipantIs there anything you can provide on other types of HIIT workouts? I have a rower and a stationary bike. I do not have an treadmill available to me.
