    Ok just ignore it..It still off LOL I’m just eating MUCH more carbs than told and a smidge more fat. I just don’t see how MFP can be off over 60g of Carbs.. Gonna check things again when I get home and see if I can scan it all to allow for no mistake.

    I bought a cucumber today to try! I’m just a texture person but I ate more things today than I’ve eaten before. Well a variety… clearly I like food hahah or I wouldn’t be where I am.

    I am struggling with meal timing.. Finish my workout at 4am and get back home from work about 5:15pm I know 2-3 hours is plan but my days are long. Does the schedule below sound good?

    Post-Workout meal – 4:30am
    Meal 1 – 8:00am
    Meal 2 – 12:00pm
    Meal 3 – 3:30pm
    Meal 4 – 6:30-7pm

    If I am getting up for my workout early (230am) because I have to leave my house for work at 445am. What would my timing be for my meals? The way I am figuring it my last meal is at 4pm?! but that seems too early if trying to keep the 3hr gap. I would like my dinner to be at 6pm but not sure its okay to extend the gap to 3.5.

    This is as close as I can seem to get it.. Is this okay for timing?
    1/2 Meal 1 – 230AM
    Post Workout Meal – 430-445AM
    1/2 Meal 1 – 730AM
    Meal 2 – 11AM
    Meal 3 – 230PM
    Meal 4 – 6PM

    I use them Jenny.. I drink them and I love them!! I have them in the mornings with one hard boiled egg. I have never cooked them though.

    Ok I will adjust my carbs. They are 15g over but my calories are 90 or so over. Just wanted to be sure.

    Does anyone know if there is possibility of a NWC30 Facebook group? I find the forum much harder to track and stay accountable with others. If this isn’t coming out officially I have a group that you can be added to for us to stay accountable and motivate one another.. Would love the additional accountability.     I just entered everything as I would in MFP and it doens’t add up.. please advise. Want to follow as close to plan..
