    I’m on Meal plan 3. For meal 3 I do not like any of the options. I remember Nicole sayin they all had the same macros and we could swap.

    Meal 3 can I just eat ThT breakfast again? Also, when I made ThT waffles I didn’t get 12 waffles out of the mix. Do you eat 2 whole waffles for that meal? Is oat bran different than oatmeal? Never heard of it.

    Just make the whole amount–then weigh it–divide that number by 3 servings–then you have the amount to weigh for next time–if you have to have 1.5 servings add .5 of what one serving would be–hope that helps!

    When I made a batch I didn’t get 12 waffles out of the recipe

    The scale is down a total of 12 pounds for me since start and my legs abbr butt are my biggest challenge.
