    Same here! I’m normally never hungry when a challenge first starts because it’s so many meals and whole food but my stomach was growling last night and I’m struggling today.

    I have found that casein protein and yogurt (or even almond milk) before bed is a lifesaver. It works most nights. I had gotten to the point where I was up every single night and could not go back to sleep and this saved my sanity!

    I think I will stick with Plan 1 for now because I think it will give me more of a recomp (which is great because I gained more than I wanted to during my bulk) and maybe do meal Plan 2 after 3-4 weeks (depending on how quickly I lose weight because my weight is already dropping).

    Same here. I was eating 2200 calories for 6 weeks massing but I’m hoping this leads to a more lean bulk.
