    I dont like plai greek yogurt either but for me I mix it with protein powder.

    I’m meal plan 3 so I use:

    10 oz yogurt
    1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
    30 grams chia seeds
    125 grams berries.

    So good

    No issues, but no way I can do a push-up. I have no strength in my arms. I really want to do them but I can’t for the life of me do them.
