    I have put down squat deck for now, that should be a good burn after all those other legs and glute exercises! Hope that will work.

    Hello Nicole! so excited to get started but feeling overwhelmed.
    Q: how do we use and/ where do we use #hashtags to qualify for the weekly draws?
    Q: is there a blank log sheet we can print to take to the gym w/ us to stay on track of sets and weight amounts
    Q: is there an ideal app/ program available to keep us on track for our meals?
    Q: how to we identify if there is someone in our area that may be in the Challenge so we can pair up for support?
