Bombshell fitness. Not cheap but super comfortable and gorgeous. Squat proof obviously. Basically you get what you pay for. Just don’t wear underwear..there’s nothing to show when you squat then!

The thought is to start phasing out things like that and tighten up food sources

I trust cellucor products. I use their C4 pre workout and have used their HD fat burner in the past (it was recommended by my 1 on 1 training through Nicole’s team)

Agree wendy! we don’t eat the stevia plant! We eat chemically isolated stevia glycosides. “Natural” gets abused and people assume it = better. Pick your poison literally

Playing devil’s advocate, sucralose is from sugar…natural. Bottom line, sugar is sugar. Sweeteners are bad in their own way. Pick which is best for you. If you want nothing artificial I’d go with real sugar or honey or something. If you want no calories, go with a no cal sweetener but you have to pick the one that your body tolerates best not just what works for someone else.

If you want to do the really right thing you should avoid all artificial sweeteners and use unflavored unsweetened powder. Naked whey for example. Be prepared, it tastes like a foot

Fasted vs fed isnt totally an “on/off” switch either. The states refer to the relative levels of insulin in the bloodstream. Insulin promotes fat storage whereas a relative absence of insulin promotes mobilization and utilization of fats. Thats why fasted cardio became popular. The aminos in bcaas (leucine, iso leucine and valine) and the low calorie levels result in such a minor increase in insulin that it doesn’t really switch you into a pro-insulin fat storing mode. Also, the benefit of the bcaas in this fasted state to prevent muscle breakdown far outweighs the tiny up-tick in insulin.

BTW, eggs in the microwave was the greatest hack I ever learned. So fluffy, so easy

I pre cook all the rice and put it in the fridge. I weight out 100 g and scramble the egg in it. Toss it in the microwave for 60 secs. Wham, bam, thank you maam

I always felt something warm was better for me. I like herbal tea or even plain vegetable broth. Maybe the broth has 5 cals but it’s better than eating something bigger.

I work out at 330 am as well. I modified my meal 1 to,have the same macros but be food that is easily digested by my stomach. Basically I have a 1/2 scoop protein powder, slice of Ezekiel toast with 1/2 tbsp coconut oil(i don’t use it then in meal 5) and raisins. It digests by the time I get to the gym so I’m fed but Not stuffed. I lift, then do my cardio. The fasted part of cardio is less important than making sure to get the cardio done.

I have a fitbit. Ive used both the charge and the surge. Both have been 100% accurate and extremely resistant to the beatings i put on them. Also in terms of customer service, I one time wore mine into an MRI scanner when caring for a patient and wow did it get messed up. Wold say I climbed 3,000 flights of stairs lol. It was totally my fault but they replaced it no charge.

In other challenges, when you click on a link to the video demonstration of the exercise, it would list several alternatives. I assume it will be the same for this one.

Are you allergic to the whites or yolks? If its just the yolk, use whites and just add a little fat elsewhere (avocado, coconut oil, almonds)
