    Hello,
    I know the challenge is over but I was never sure if the carbs in vegetables count because if you enter it into My Fitness Pal ie. a cup of broccoli is 6g of carbs then it adds to your daily carb count but it’s not really the complex carbs in the other meals.
    Can you please advise if we should disregard the carb count in veg and just subtract it from the carb total in MFP because otherwise veg can make us go over the carb amount for our daily macro total.
