I’m also having trouble choosing a meal plan.I don’t eat a lot of carbs already. All of the meals have a lot of carbs. Especially grains which I don’t eat at all. I have not been able to start following the meal plan because I don’t want to force myself to eat foods I know my body doesn’t like. I am feeling conflicted and unable to commit to 100% to this challenge if I can’t find foods that of comfortable eating. Need help
Also, the number of calories for the 1st 2 weeks are much higher than what I’ve already been eating at maintenance. I don’t want to gain weight when I’m trying to cut and lose body fat.
Please help
