I am wondering the same thing I am 5’4.5 and weight 125. I guessed plan 1 since I am barely over 5’4” and under 130. I also have worked out/trained (maybe too much) forever and have similar reasons for doing the challenge. Could we switch plans during the program if needed? Also throughout the day can you alternate between options 1 and 2 in the meal plans/suggestions or must you do all of 1 option during a given day?
