Susan ThomaParticipant
Thank you!!
Susan ThomaParticipantAwesome! Thanks Mo!
Susan ThomaParticipantI wasn’t sure where to post question since it involves both nutrition and workout. This is my first time doing one of Nicole’s challenges. At the end of this challenge, do we get some sort of guidance or suggestions on food intake and workouts to maintain our results? I definitely plan on doing another challenge. I just know they are typically a few weeks apart and would like to keep the positive gains I’ve made. Thanks!!
Susan ThomaParticipantIs there some way to access our original measurements we entered? I know I wrote them down but can’t seem to find that paper anywhere! I know it is not required at this point but I have lost some weight and was wondering how many inches. I feel like my clothes already fit differently. Loving this program, by the way!!!
Susan ThomaParticipantDefinitely! Thanks!
Susan ThomaParticipantI found this meme amusing. Especially after the day 6 workout Ab tri set ?.
Susan ThomaParticipantThank you, Naomi!! I will definitely do those things next time!
Susan ThomaParticipantHi Rebecca! I do the same as far as inhaler. I take a little bit to warm up too. It seems to help. I NEVER use pre workout. My inhaler causes some shakiness and that adds to it. Besides the couple times I have tried them they make me nauseous. The nausea has happened before during a HIIT workout. I’m anxious to see what Naomi says about timing of eating etc.
Susan ThomaParticipantNaomi, I did it in am between 8:30 and 9:00. I had had one meal prior (also did the shoulder and tri workout prior) and it had been about 2 hours since I had eaten that meal
Susan ThomaParticipantHey guys! I struggled with some serious nausea during my HIIT cardio this morning. It happens when my heart rate gets high. I had to slow down. Once I was done and cooled down it was better. Should I be pushing myself to the point of nausea? I have exercise induced asthma, so a lot of times I am unable to push that hard with out fear of an attack. I took my inhaler before I started so I felt like that was under control. Any suggestions/advice?
