SueAnnParticipantI’ve made them several times and I found that adding a tablespoon of water to start and if you still have a problem add one more. If you add too much liquid they come out real gummy.

SueAnnParticipantWhen that happens to me I use a “rest-pause.” When my form starts falling off before my set is done I’ll set the weights down for about 10-15 seconds and then pick them back up and finish out my set. By the end of the challenge you’ll most likely find that you don’t have to do that anymore with that weight and will have moved up in weight.😃
