I think your question is a good one, but I am looking at my workouts and I don’t see any Superset that involves glute kickbacks. Are you referring to Day 6: Glutes/Hamstrings/Calves? If so, the Superset there is the Single Leg Press and the Dumbbell Sumo Squat. The others are not Supersets.
But, your question about mixing them up if you can’t get the equipment is a good one.
I will follow so I can find out the answer.

If we get the hashtag on Friday that would be awesome, otherwise I will have to take my pictures in Mexico and I have a feeling I might fall off my diet when we land. It’s not critical as I don’t think I’m going to win, but I just wanted to look as good as possible before I have a few margaritas. Thanks! Sue

I put the recipe into MFP and it pretty much had the same macros. Thanks for your help!Sue DiGregorioParticipantI made some over the weekend and mine was NOT good. I’m very disappointed. It was very mushy so I put it in longer and tested it again and it was still mushy, so I lowered the temp and put it in AGAIN and it was starting to get pretty brown so I took it out of the oven and hoped it would firm up. It did but it was not good. I will maybe try making it again in a muffin tin like Sarah did and see what happens.
I am a HUGE fan of the banana oat muffins and will be making those tonight!! THOSE are so darn yummy!!!

SueSue DiGregorioParticipantHi! I also have a question on the the Machine Shoulder Press on Day 2 of workout weeks 2/4. It says to do 4 sets of 8-10/4/2. Please clarify the reps for me. What are we supposed to do here? I feel pretty stupid to have to ask. Thank you.
SueSue DiGregorioParticipantHi! I have a question on the Leg Press on Day 6 of Weeks 1/3/5. It says 5 sets of 50,40,30,20,10 Reps. Are we supposed to do 50 reps, then 40 reps and so on? That seems like a lot of reps!

Sue DiGregorioParticipantI made them and used canned beans and patted them dry. I did NOT remove the casings although a few came loose, and my muffins were so yummy!! I can’t wait to make them again this weekend!!

I’ve never done 50 reps before so I just thought I would ask. So I will do 50 reps at a weight I think I can do 50 of, then increase the weight and do 40 reps and then so on. Increasing the weight and decreasing the reps until I get down to 10 for a total of 150 reps.

So, I love apples but was wondering if I should drink the shake and then eat the apple, or add the apple into the shake? Does it matter? And, would you do the same thing for the Vegan Option 3 Post workout? (I scoop protein powder with 1 cup almond milk into the quinoa flakes?) I have never seen quinoa flakes but I may look for them. ๐

SueSue DiGregorioParticipantHi! I was reading this and I do not see on my Meal Plans where it says to drink the rest of the french toast liquid. I’m doing the 5’4″ Meal Plans. Where does it say to drink it? I have not tried this yet as I’ve been doing the oatmeal and egg whites and egg for my Meal 1. I love french toast and can’t wait to have some so please someone clear this up for me. Thank you!! Sue
