    Hi Kathy,
I think they are the same. I buy sweet potatoes and yams and they are both orange inside. Hope this helps.

I think she’s asking if she can select which HIIT workout she wants to do on the 3 days that we have to do HIIT. Is that right Vkarchutna?

    @Francia.a.c
I usually fall asleep and then wake up two hours later and am usually wide awake for several hours. After Day 1’s workout yesterday, I woke up to use the bathroom and then slept for another 6 hours and actually overslept! I was exhausted! Yay!

I have a question about the Meal plans. So I am wondering if you can interchange the meals, for example, Meal 1 have Option 1 (French toast, egg whites and blueberries), Meal 2, have Option 3 (the 4 oz Tempeh, quinoa and mixed vegetables) and Meal 3, have Option 2 (ground bison, white rice and broccoli). OR, are you supposed to stay with Option 1 (or 2, 3 etc) for the day? I ask because I did the interchange things and I don’t think the macros are going to work.

Also, it says down the bottom of Meal Plan 1 that the Post Workout Meal should be 280 cals, 26g protein and 44g carbs with 0g fat. How can that be? The nPower Isolate protein powder has 1g of fat and the unsweetened almond milk has 3g fat for 1 cup so that equals 4g fat. Am I wrong?

    Thank you.

Thanks Crystal Blair! I guess I will do that then unless I hear otherwise from Nicole’s team. 🙂

Hi! My question on the yogurt is this. A normal sized chobani yogurt is 150g, but Meal 2 is saying 227g. Is there another slightly larger size or do we have to buy a large container and actually measure out the 227g?
thank you for your guidance on this. I actually don’t mind the taste anymore. I did when I first started eating it a couple of years ago, but now it’s fine.

I’m pretty sure you can drink green tea without sugar anytime you want. It’s zero calories.

I’m eating it now. I couldn’t fit all the tuna in without it spilling out. I will eat the rest with a spoon. Thank you. Maybe I will find the Ezekiel wraps at Whole Foods??

Hi! So I made the tuna last night for today’s lunch and it seems like alot of tuna! I used 2 normal sized cans of water packed tuna. Is that too much? I tasted it last night and it seemed a little dry even with the 2 oz of avocado. I have a feeling my wrap is going to be overflowing. What size wrap should i be using? Also, where can I buy ezekiel wraps. I have never seen them before. Are they fresh or frozen?
    Thanks! Sue

Hi, I also have a question on the Mahi Mahi. I can’t seem to find it at the store where I shop, so I will be cooking cod instead. My question is: Is one serving 4 ounces? I think it is but the recipe says that the serving size is 4 pieces. I think it should say, the recipe yields 4 (4 ounce) servings. Same with the turkey muffins. 1 muffin is a serving but the recipe yields 4 muffins at a time. Please confirm or deny. 🙂 Thanks! Sue

One serving is 40g of steel cut oats and it has 27g of carbs. The glutenfreeda has 26g. I am going to order some of the glutenfreeda online this week to make it easier for me to carry with me.
    Thanks Nicole!

I have a question about the oats, can I eat steel cut oats or do they have to be the regular kind?
    Thank you.

Michelle Fannin, that is a great idea! I don’t hate raisins, but I am going to try them that way tomorrow.

I’m a little late to the party and just realized that I don’t know which cardio to do on which day? I just printed them all out but it doesn’t say when to do them. Do we just pick any one of those to do? I just got back from a week’s vacation but I plan on trying to catch up. Thanks! Sue

    Hi Roberta,
I think those are triceps dips on a bench. That’s how I am reading that. I’m thinking that would work the shoulders a bit.?? Hope that helps until you hear from Nicole’s peeps.

    Hi!

I’m having trouble with the timing of the egg, egg whites and oats and then my meals are always late and sometimes I have to skip meal #5 because by the time I get home from the gym, it’s after 9pm.

Can you perhaps send us a recipe for the “pancake” made with oats and eggs? I’ve always been a french toast girl and have no idea how to make a pancake, especially without a mix! Thank you so much! This way I can make them ahead of time and eat it on my drive into work. xoxo

Hi. I have been using steel cut oats (1/4 cup) and wondered if I should change to rolled oats?

    Hi Naomi,
I thought I read recently that Nicole said to measure sweet potato raw as it loses water after cooking. Did I make that up?
    Thanks for clearing this up.
