ParticipantHere is my two cents… Soy is not an ideal choice for most people. Soy is actually a GMO product, inflammatory for most people, and overall not a good choice for health. It is a known hormone disruptor, therefore in my personal and professional like, I don’t recommend soy to most people. The only time soy can be consumed is it is non GMO, organic, and fermented… it can be helpful for women in menopause both otherwise should be avoided…
perhaps Naomi and Nicole have another answer but I couldn’t hold back…. as a holistic nutritionist… this is something I try to teach everyone… Soy is not ideal.

ParticipantIf we wanted to work one on one with your team, where can we find the information?? When it comes to changing up the diet, I’m a bit lost. I want to decrease my protein but not sure if I should increase my fats or carbs… thanks

ParticipantHi there. When I entered the meals into my fitness pal, it appears that the pwo meal is included in the daily macros…. if you’re not training that day, you’ll only have 5 meals; on a training day you’ll have 6 meals. This is what I understand.

ParticipantMy protein powder is 30g per scoop- should i reduce the serving so that i’m only taking 20g. The protein amount in the meal plan is already quite high, i dont want to add to it unessairly. Can be hard on the kidneys.
