    Three cups of egg whites seems like a lot with only 20 grams of rolled oats and 1 tbsp of coconut flour.

    I’m just curious if there is an adjustment to the rest of the ingredients as well?

    Are there certain recommended times for each meal? Or spacing between meals?

    I sort of do – babe was born in March 2020 and I just haven’t lost the weight 🙁
    I’m excited to try this challenge as well!
