    I replaced the Greek yogurt with tuna

    Do I eat 1 can of tuna which is 4.8oz or 12oz of tuna because it replaced the yogurt

    I’m using the my fitness pal app as well but unsure what my Macro goals should be.
    It has my calorie goal 1,280
    160 carbs, 43 Fat, 64 protein

    my weekly goal was 2lbs per week

    any suggestions for this 40 day build challenge
