    I am not sure if this would help but it’s worth a try. I am sensitive to dairy so before I at my greek yogurt I take the lactaid dairy fast digestion enzymes. It’s helps me digest and handle dairy intake without bloating or sensitivity issues. They sell it in any pharmacy section, definitely worth a try.

    I too am concerned about the added 725 calories. I have also been meal prepping and getting over 1550 calories per day in and am losing. I have a thyroid issue, but build muscle really quickly even when my carb intake is at a 40/40/20. Can I play around with these macros and go up slowly and see how my body reacts instead of jumping all the way up there. I cannot consume this amount in a given day. 1500 calories a day was hard to get used to for me..LOL
