    I would just weigh the final product and divide by the servings you make. So I’d weigh it and then divide that by 6 to make my single serving.

    I’d do it with Almond milk and sugar-free vanilla or cinnamon dolce syrup or bring your own fat free half and half.

    The recipe says it makes 4 servings. So I just weigh the mixture before it’s cooked, divide it by 4 and make 4 patties.

    She mentioned in the nutrition video that you can have any meal at anytime because the macros should be the same, with the exception of meal 5/post workout because that’s lower in fat

    They’ve added the videos. Edited to delete the link that it doesn’t take you to but they are available, and the link was shared in the facebook group.

    I read this as 2 whole eggs and 2 egg whites. I think it’s mentioned in the video that it’s separated out as yolks and egg whites because yolks are listed under fat and the whites are lean protein so that things could be exchanged if needed.
