They updated the eBook and it shows:

StephanieParticipantI read this as 2 whole eggs and 2 egg whites. I think it’s mentioned in the video that it’s separated out as yolks and egg whites because yolks are listed under fat and the whites are lean protein so that things could be exchanged if needed.
