    Pull the chicken out separately 16 ounces / 4= 4 oz. Cooked chicken. I cup of broccoli. I find it easier to weigh it after it is cooked to make sure I am getting the same portions. More work but that’s ok with me.

    I am pretty sure you can eat any combo of meals even the same meal multiple times per day. The only one that is set in stone is the post workout meal. Total 5 meals per day, even off days. All of them have the same macronutrient breakdown. See Nicole’s video on the challenge.
