    Thank you Naomi! That should work great. Need to work on balancing with the single leg deadlift ha ha. Will have a look at the home workouts also to see what the equivalent exercise would be.

    Naomi is right. I have been weight training 12 years and used to eat much less than I do now. It certainly gets easier as you build more muscle 🙂

    Great! Walking is quite enjoyable. It’s my favorite form of exercise in a way 🙂
