    Hi NW Team! I know the meals have the same macros, but are some of them better choices than others (like the chicken and broccoli over the pancakes)? Reason I ask is that in the last week my weight has not budged and I am not feeling a difference in my clothes. One thing I do know is that I need to drink more water. Do you think I’m doing something wrong?

    Ate my first grapefruit…ever. This one was so good! I took a picture, had to document it. 🙂 I’d show ya’all but my photo won’t load.

    Thanks. Even though I am not a fan, I will really try to embrace it. haha.

    Sarah – I think you can add Stevia to your Grapefruit. This condiment is on the grocery list. Best if one of the trainers answers that though. 🙂

    I was going to ask about the grapefruit also. I cannot stand the taste of it, unfortunately. Can the grapefruit be substituted for another fruit?
