Wife, mom, certified Personal Trainer since 2004. After 10+ yrs training in a “Globo gym” I took a leap of faith along with 2 friends to go out on my own & help them open their new gym. My goal is to help people reach their health, fitness and life goals in a real, sincere, authentic and honest way with Team Kim Fitness Exercise and Nutritional coaching. Each person is unique and special, and I treat them that way. Customization, personalization and creativity are my specialties. (trifitbarbell.com) In 2014 I decided to try to do a Figure Competition, for several reasons & just to see if I could. The plan was to just do one.
