ParticipantI’m dairy free and use them as a sub for Parmesan cheese. They have a nice nutty flavor. I love them on meat sauce and air popped popcorn!

ParticipantNot sure what Naomi and Maureen would say but I find that drinking BCAAs (I like them very diluted — I have 1 scoop of a 2:1:1 mix in 24 ounces of water) helps me a lot.

ParticipantTea is my go-to at night as well. I choose Yogi tea — it’s caffeine free.

ParticipantAlso lactose intolerant. I substituted 1% Lactaid cottage cheese. Numbers are a little different but I tweaked elsewhere during the day.
