Here’s what an admin said on the other post I found. Pretty much make a Gravatar account, upload a pic, & it’ll show up on here. You don’t have to change any settings on your account, somehow it just syncs whatever picture you chose for your Gravatar. Hope this helps. 🙂

Unfortunately, for some reason, there is no one-step simple way to do it right now but we will work on fixing that. So for now the steps are:
– Go to http://gravatar.com
– Sign in with your WordPress account. You may have to create one if you don’t have one. If you don’t have one, you will be redirected to a page to create one. Use the email address associated with your account when signing up.
– Sign in at http://gravatar.com with your WordPress login info (email and password).
