    Does anyone know what the serving size is? According to my meal plan, it would be 3/4 and my husband is 1 serving. Thanks!

    Thank you so much for the replies!! I will check again to be sure. I made mine large, so I wonder if that’s the difference?? I was so sad, cause I LOVE pancakes

    Great, Thank you SO much!!

    One more question…. Does the amount of fiber and fat content in the PW meal matter? I’ve previously been told to avoid high fat and fiber in PW meals. In your suggestion above, I see an hour in between meal #3 and the workout, so was curious if this was the reason.

    If I work out around 4:00 pm, then do I eat Meal #4 as my pre-workout meal and then the PW meal as my last meal of the day (dinner)?
