Wow. Holy Smokes. I was dripping in sweat by the time I finished that Leg Workout. By set 4 I was taking rests after the lunges and squat jumps. Thanks for a great workout and pushing us.
Did anyone else forget and probably ended up doing eight rounds because I was so oxygen deprived I lost how many I had done. LOL WTF own worst enemy. I hope everyone had a great Day 2. Love seeing all the support for one another.
