    Hi, I can see the webpage has been updated – great.

    Meal Plan 1 though shows low carb day as higher than high carb days (Cals are higher on the lower day too)

    Sorry to seem to be a pedantic pain in the A ~ I’m not trying to be difficult, honest!

    I am mighty confused by the phase 3 plans. I’m having to jump straight in to phase 3 as I have a comp coming up in a month and I’d really appreciate knowing exactly what I need to eat by tomorrow.

    Also will there be any advice re water intake for the last week? (or have I missed it, if so a link to it would be great).

    In the video on the Transformation Nutrition page Nicole says that all ingredients are measured cooked EXCEPT for oats
