Thank you for getting back to me. Yes, I did see results with the last challenge. I lost 6 pounds and an inch+ in most areas. I am holding at that weight. I hadn’t been able to lose anything until the shock to my body with your last challenge so I am definitely encouraged. I typically work out 6 days a week (and have for over 25 years, so I was worried that I wouldn’t see any change, but your workouts definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone and I know without a doubt, that your nutrition was key.
