YIKES! My first thought was to get a trainer…but you’ve been kind of burned by that. I have over the course of 10 years worked with 2 different trainers off and on. I loved both of them and they were very helpful. You definitely have to find someone that you “mesh” with, if that makes sense. The second thing I would do would be to clean your diet up. Start tracking what you are eating and stay within a total amount of calories. Look online for calculators. That will give you a good start. I’m sure there will be other people that will have great ideas here as well. Congratulations on wanting to make a life change!
