    I am not entering into MFP I was taking macros right from food packages. The post workout meal is way off, the turkey tacos and meal 3 option 1. The chicken salsa meal seems to workout fine. The rice seems way too high on each of the other meals.

    Maureen, I will just go with it then, but the rice cakes I am using are quaker as listed on the plan and of course the NPower shakes, and Polaner All Fruit Spread which has 9g carbs per serving, 36grams of fruit spread is what the plan calls for and so that is basically 2tbsp so 18g of carbs. Just doesn’t add up.

    I have the same question, I am in the over 5’6 plan and I also chose the rice cakes post workout and the macros are way off.

    NPower Nutrition Isolate in water – 2 scoops = 180 calories, 40p, 4c, 2f
    3 rice cakes – 150 calories, 33c, 3p
    Real fruit spread – 70 calories, 18c

    It says post workout meals should be: 292 calories, 37p, 36c and 0f . When you add this up, it is over by 100 calories, over 6g protein, and over 19g carbs.

    Meal 1 for Women 5’6 and over it says 1200g of medium strawberries is this correct because that equates to approx 6 cups so just want to make sure 🙂 Thanks in advance 🙂
