ParticipantMaybe I’m not explaining myself properly, i tweaked my wrist so i can’t put pressure on it so i can’t laY my hand flat on the ground and row with my other arm. Can i do push-ups (which didn’t bother it crazy and then bent over single arm rows And get the same affect? Thanks
