    Maybe I’m not explaining myself properly, i tweaked my wrist so i can’t put pressure on it so i can’t laY my hand flat on the ground and row with my other arm. Can i do push-ups (which didn’t bother it crazy and then bent over single arm rows And get the same affect? Thanks

    So i have the hex weights and it wasn’t from rolling but rather from the position maybe? I can’t teally even put pressure on it in a row bc it hurts.

    The girls on fb were saying it’s not an approved condiment. Just trying to make sure if it’s not or it is or any non calorie no sugar syrup isn’t

    You can also rest your back leg in a bench, like a Bulgarian split squat.

    4 servings do not split into 3 1.5 servings so it can’t just be split into 3

    That doesn’t make sense then. The recipe makes4 servings and the meal plan calls for 1.5 servings

    It keeps timing out so I’m not sure if my questions are being posted in duplicate but if I’m 5’5 and 156 which meal plan do i use?
