GOT IT and I will stay on course..Thank You for the reassurance. I am not having any of those signs you described in your response. I just feel like “I need to eat”. I have migraines from a TBI which happened when I was deployed so I know when I get to the “bottom out” phase of needing to eat because with the medication I take everyday to not get the headaches won’t work. Since being on both training regimens (transformation and muscle up), not once have I had a experienced a migraine which is a relief. I will keep trucking and stay motivated. ParticipantHI and I hope you didn’t think I am complaining because I am not..But thank you for responding, my IG is voigtfitness and in the beginning it was set to public but there were a lot of individuals (like creepos) asking to follow me so I set it to private. To date, it is set to private.

DONT GIVE UP..Everything Naomi and Vicki said is good advice but I LOVED CHARRON’s COMMIT..YOU are 45, 5’2″ and 122lbs…THAT IS AMAZING and believe me I know the STRUGGLE IS REAL..I AM 49 5’5″ and now hitting 135lbs, its not easy because there is so much chemically going on with our bodies. SO YOU ARE MY HERO, JUST keep trying you will get to where you want to get to and follow the advice of Naomi and Vicki. Have a great day

ParticipantIt can be discouraging but don’t worry about the other ladies and Gents..Everyone losses weight differently plus you know if you are fairly lean your numbers may not be as big as some of the others. Water weight vs Fat loss is a big difference as well. Moving fat is hard where dropping water weight is fairly easy but it comes back fast. Stay encouraged and stay motivated. Take your weekly pics even if it is for yourself so you can be encouraged by your visual progress and then reassess what you are doing and if falling short on anything adjust accordingly. You got this love as we all do 🙂 TAKE CARE AND LETS GET PUMPED FOR WEEK III 🙂

Here are a couple of information sheets I provide to my clients when experiencing the same issue. Having Sciatica pain is NO BUENO it can stop you right in your tracks. I hope they are helpful to you. Take Care and Be careful when training. I would also contact your local Physical Therapist office to see if they would be willing to provide you some prevention and control information sheets on pain management which should be a good resource to refer to.tvoigt05

Thank You and your team for such great support this week. As I go through these weeks I am writing down my weights and hip measurements (my biggest problem area) on my medicine cabinet mirror in my bathroom. Since seeing the changes my husband is now inspired to start trimming down and just this morning as I posted a cardio kickbox session on Instagram, my 17yr old son has asked if I would help him as well get started as he prepares for the upcoming football season during his first year of college at UoA. I wanted to share this because in my household its the dedication and motivation I have for this is spreading and in a good way and even if we don’t win this challenge..Let me tell you, in more ways than one, I have already done so. I cannot wait to see what these next few weeks will bring and I am super excited about phase two.
