    Yes, I’m seeing positive changes in my body, fitness and mental wellbeing, but to the stepping on the scales (daily😨 – never done this before) and quite down heartened with the lack of movement. Glad I saw this post too

    Hi there, back again 🙁
    Back gone again, definitely trapped nerve. No way I will be training tomorrow as planned.
    Any advice on nutrition while not training/ recuperating please – currently I’m on meal plan 2. I’m 5’6” now 142lbs down from 147lbs. Thanks

    So update, physio thought trapped never in lower back due to weakness in right leg. Gave rehab exercises and a follow up next week. Advised rest till weekend (omg missed week 4 training) and to only then do what is pain free.
    After 5 days off, have just managed “get after HIIT” with a few changes to minimise impact – feelings stiff but energised- love this cardio workout.
    I’ll be back on Monday for phase 2 😁

    Thanks, eased a little since this morning; checked in with doctor who thinks nothing too serious, but to seek physiotherapy. Not easy in UK to organise quickly, but luckily I already have appointment on Friday for hip issue. Will see if I can bring appt forward… 🤞

    Does this means I can run for 30mins instead of HIIT? If so, great!!
    I have a small home gym with no cardio equipment and the cardio workouts with no equipment are limited
