ParticipantHi J. I have done the VIP multiple times in the past and I am doing it again this time around. Every day, you get a message from Nicole. She provides valuable motivation and tips to be successful. We also get 6 Zoom calls with Nicole or somebody from her team. They provides valuable coaching information and you can also ask questions to Nicole directly. It is like having your own personal coach.
The other great part is that you are in connection with the other ladies in the VIP. We help, cheer and celebrate each others every day and even multiple times a day. It is great accountability.

ParticipantNot sure what Yum Yum sauce is. However, when I google it. It says a sauce with tomato paste, mayo and other spices usually used with vegetables or shrimps.
Tahini sauce is made by grinding sesame seeds into a smooth paste. You usually can find it in the International aisle of your grocer.
I would say that it is not the same.

For meal plan 1, I got 41.5% protein, 37% Carb, 21.5% Fat
For meal plan 2, I got 41.5% protein, 35% Carb, 23.5% Fat
For meal plan 3, I got 41.5% protein, 33.5% Carb, 25% FatVenise

ParticipantMaureen suggestion is extremely helpful and accurate.
I would also suggest you check if your calf, IT-Band, and adductors are tight. Foam rolling those muscles prior to the squat will help with that situation . Knees moving inward can also be a sign that your anterior tibialis, posterior tibialis, and/or gluteus medium and gluteus maximus are weak. Strengthening those muscles would help.

ParticipantThe salad makes 4 servings.
Weight the entire salad in grams, tare the salad bowl first, and divide by four. That number is the one portion serving in gram.
So, if the entire salad weights 1000g divided by 4 it means that one serving is equal to 250g.

ParticipantThis was mentioned in the Q&A, it is a typo. The 1 was to say 1 portion of 4 oz and the 1 and 4 became 14oz. So, It is not 14 oz but rather 4 oz.

ParticipantI am in Ontario and I can find Ezekiel bread in the frozen section at Metro. Look for the Vegan/Vegetarian frozen section. Usually, the bread is in the same section as Soy Frozen yogurt, for example. Good Luck.
