    It says to measure all veggies cooked except lettuce. I love eating raw veggies vs cook, and sometimes I just need that crunch. How would I measure out raw like red pepper or cauliflower?

    I have participated in 3 challenges and have had “excellent” results. I don’t even do the cardio due to physical issues. If you tell your self you are going to fail then you will fail. You can’t say you are following a plan to a T when you just said you did not eat the refeed meal. You have to be in a certain mind frame to do these challenges, it just doesn’t sound like you are there. I hope your journey for a healthy life style continues but it really sounds like you need more support then a website challenge can provide.

    Hey Naomi, You were right! I didn’t realize I was pms’ing last week and my body just wanted more food. I have leveled off and I am not nearly as hungry. I have also noticed since I am lifting crazy heavy now, I am sleeping super hard. It’s awesome! Thanks!

    Naomi, I appreciate your response. I’m having a difficult time understanding why..if we eat every three hours during the day then how come when we wake in the middle of the night starving, why wouldn’t we feed the beast? I want to grow and increase my strength not lose weight. Thanks for your time!

    Bottom line…Should I add a meal? should I go back to having my shake before bed? chug the water & pee all night? or do nothing?

    Thank you Naomi! That’s what I did for the ab challenge. I still lost weight but my abs were seriously ripped. These challenges are fantastic!

    I am 5’4 108lbs, I have a really hard keeping weight on. I train super hard without cardio. My body fat is very low. I really want to put on weight. Is it okay to follow the nutrition menu for a larger person or should I just add a meal? Im almost embarrassed to ask seeing everyone always has the opposite problem.
