    According to My FitnessPay….one cup of liquid egg whites is 120 calories and 27 grams of protein. Hope that helps!

    Hi Carrie –

    So instead of using the shoulder press machine and the lateral raise machine I sat on the end of the bench and did shoulder presses with dumb bells and did laterals the same way. Worked great for me! Sometimes the machines don’t seem to fit me and I feel more discomfort than anything.

    HI – I have the same question. I am vegetarian and I eat eggs/egg whites for most of my protein. Is it okay to keep doing this?
