    🤣 I was thinking an entire pyramid without rest (high knees) would be a 💩ton of push-ups all at once!!!!

    Sorry, still not clear to me.
    A. Run through a whole pyramid 10-8-6-4-2, then a set of high knees
    Or
    B. 10 renegade rows, high knees. 8 renegade rows, high knees, 6 rows, high knees.
