    Thank you for the suggestions! Sorry for the late reply 🙂 I do use a foam roller but I’ve been slacking on consistency with that, will be doing that more. Saving up some cash for more shoes too, love those workout shoes!
    Oh and the knees are feeling much better. More stretching, massaging and paying attention to body cues before lifting and cardio.
