Perfect. The RPE scale is a great suggestion. I am used to that. I saw weight loss of about 6 pounds in phase 1 so I’ll keep an eye on it.
ShirleyParticipantFor the 1 leg side lunges using the chair on the total body day- how important is it to keep the leg on the chair straight? I am focussed on the form for the side doing lunge and my chair leg bends a bit.
ShirleyParticipantI left the stevia and salt out, thought it still tasted good
ShirleyParticipantTried this doesn’t work
ShirleyParticipantDid scroll to the bottom and click on each exercise, starts to load then stops
ShirleyParticipantI’m also having trouble viewing any of the workout demos nothing comes up
ShirleyParticipantHappy 50th!!!!! I too agree I’m 51 and feel great. Going to do the next one too!!
ShirleyParticipantAppetite never an issue for me but sleeping yes, lots of emotional stress and hot flashes at night.
ShirleyParticipantthought this topic was hilarious, so agree with Dianne, everyone has a different goal, I’m in a gym 6 days a week but I have specific goals that I’m working towards, on top of what this challenge does for me

ShirleyParticipantI’m 51 and fell in love with weight training 5 yrs ago after spending yrs doing distant running, losing my mother unexpectedly and 3 other life changing things, for me its my place of peace when I’m at the gym. I love how I can sculpt my body through food and training and relieve any stress I feel. Its been my way of life for 5 yrs now and wouldn’t change anything abt it. ” gym for me 5-6 days a week, no off season ever”. Good luck to everyone and enjoy the process!! Its always great to have a why and the individual{you} is always the first why.
ShirleyParticipantLove the challenges Nicole, let the fun begin.
ShirleyParticipantTried to order yesterday but not selling to Canada , any idea when? looking forward to purchasing!!
ShirleyParticipantcould be the low carb days, push through your body will get used to it, for me it becomes a mental exercise besides being a physical one. over time it just becomes a part of life

They are filled with great info and workouts. Ive competed in other online challenges and have had to revamp cause their too easy. So again thank you so much from someone who has never competed but loves to workout and sculpt my body.
ShirleyParticipantCompleted your 45 day ab challenge with awesome results and love your challenges! How does the food intake change to maintain and loved the food plan. I always workout 5-6 days a week and eat clean and track my food even when not in a challenge.
ShirleyParticipantShirley from Vancouver Island, British Columbia
ShirleyParticipantWhat is the struggle with, the food, how much etc? We have to remember it’s an ab challenge which is always food focused to see the results, hope it gets better for you
ShirleyParticipantI myself since the beginning have been leaving out meal 5 and I don’t mind not having it
ShirleyParticipantthanks naomi
ShirleyParticipantdid when it first occurred about a year ago, seems I get very tight in my chest which pulls the shoulder forward, hope this makes sense
ShirleyParticipantYes the program is awesome and just coming off oxygen challenge in September the food seems like a lot to me but I’m getting through it , see u in Oregon in December, so excited to meet u , saw a pic of u 3 1/2 years ago and thought that’s the athletic look I’m looking for and have never looked back. Have a great weekend everyone.
